Adding a reverse osmosis system as pretreatment to a lab polishing system will allow the filters in the polisher to last up to 15 times longer which will lower your replacement filter cost by 95%.

A RODI system add a high purity deionizer filter and water quality monitor to produce higher quality water for use as incubator feed, high quality rinse water for film, anodizing or other high purity rinse or plating applications. These systems are compact and simplified to provide purified water that is suitable for type II or III lab grade , humidifiers and as feed water for laboratory water polishing systems. These systems offer very low capital cost and are very inexpensive to operate compared to most lab reverse osmosis systems
